The development is built on a total of 6.059 acres, near the corner of West Tyvola Road and Richard Street and includes four (4) buildings with a mix of two (2) & three (3) bedroom units ranging from 892 to 1,088 sq. ft. The exterior shells of the buildings are a combination brick and vinyl siding. Additional features for the units include dishwashers, laundry rooms, two baths, energy efficient AC/heating, private decks/porches, outside storage rooms and walk-in closets in master suites. The property also has a community room with cooking facilities and computers for residents, a playground and additional outdoor amenities.
The property is adjacent to the Reid Park community, is less than ¼ mile off West Boulevard and is directly adjacent to the campus of Reid Park Elementary School.
The development is unique in that it provides twenty (20) units to families earning 30% of median income or less; twenty (20) units to families earning 40% of median income or less and forty (40) units at 60% of median or below.
