Neighborhood Overview

The development is built on a total of 6.059 acres, near the corner of West Tyvola Road and Richard Street and includes four (4) buildings with a mix of two (2) & three (3) bedroom units ranging from 892 to 1,088 sq. ft. The exterior shells of the buildings are a combination brick and vinyl siding. Additional features for the units include dishwashers, laundry rooms, two baths, energy efficient AC/heating, private decks/porches, outside storage rooms and walk-in closets in master suites. The property also has a community room with cooking facilities and computers for residents, a playground and additional outdoor amenities.


The property is adjacent to the Reid Park community, is less than ¼ mile off West Boulevard and is directly adjacent to the campus of Reid Park Elementary School.


The development is unique in that it provides twenty (20) units to families earning 30% of median income or less; twenty (20) units to families earning 40% of median income or less and forty (40) units at 60% of median or below. Four (4) units are targeted for the mobility impaired and eight (8) additional units are targeted for persons with disabilities or homeless populations.

**Update about COVID-19**

Our thoughts are with everyone as we navigate a new normal surrounding COVID-19. We continue monitoring the situation and following the recommendations and guidelines of the CDC, with our main concern being the health and well-being of our customers, employees and partners.  We are working to ensure that we provide uninterrupted service, while also supporting the safety of the community.

To limit potential exposure, we’ve closed our senior apartment buildings to visitors (except for essential medical and food services) and have other protocols in place including closing common areas and ramping up cleaning efforts to support the well-being of our senior residents as much as possible. We’ve implemented many of the same safety measures across our multi-family apartment communities as well. We’ve also communicated with our homebuyer and financial literacy customers about new opportunities to fulfill courses through a virtual learning option and telephone counseling sessions instead of in-person classes and sessions through the end of March. Our goal is to work with our customers’ schedules to make these accommodations.
