The purpose of this development is to provide a mixed-income community with a quality amenity package. Rivermere is The Housing Partnership’s first mixed-income multi-family project and first bond deal. The site is at the Mt. Island Lake area and is the last piece of property grandfathered in for multi-family housing at the lake.
The exterior shells of the buildings are brick and vinyl siding, each building boasting a different vibrant color. The community has an irrigation system, flower beds and decorative street lighting. Site amenities include a pool, clubhouse, community room, playground, resident clothes care center, business center, and fitness center. On-site management staff is present six days a week to assist future and current residents.
Interiors feature open floor plans (886 square feet for 2 bedrooms; 1,101 square feet for 3 bedrooms). Additional features include dishwashers, garbage disposals, generous counter space, laundry rooms, two baths, ceiling fans, energy efficient AC/heating, security systems, private decks/porches, outside storage rooms and walk-in closets.
